You may take orders outside, deliver meals to vehicles, serve guests at the front counter, prepare beverages, bag orders, maintain the dining room, or support other areas of the restaurant. The pace can be intense. You'll spend much of your shift on your feet, and some positions require working outdoors in the heat, cold, rain, and other changing weather conditions. It's fast. Typically 15-30 hours per week Availability for at least 3 days per week Most Fridays and Saturdays are required Shifts are typically 5-8 hours Availability and scheduling needs may vary by day Team members must maintain dependable, consistent availability Your stated availability should represent the schedule you can consistently maintain , not just temporary availability for a few weeks. What You'll Do Depending on the needs of the restaurant, you may: Take guest orders inside or outside in the drive-thru Handle cash and electronic payments accurately Deliver orders to vehicles Prepare beverages and desserts Bag and verify guest orders Serve guests at the front counter Maintain the dining room and guest areas Restock supplies Clean and organize work areas Assist teammates during high-volume periods Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service Cross-training is part of the job. Team members should be willing to learn multiple Front of House and Drive-Thru positions rather than expecting to work only one station. Physical & Outdoor Expectations This is an active job. Team members should be prepared to: Be on their feet for extended periods Walk and move quickly throughout the restaurant Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Work outdoors as needed Work in heat, cold, rain, and other seasonal conditions Maintain energy and hospitality during busy periods Maintain a clean and professional appearance Working outside is a regular part of our drive-thru operation and should be expected when scheduled.
