Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with placing to-go orders via phone or in person, ensuring clear communication and accurate order-taking. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while providing information about menu items, wait times, and order status. Organize and manage to-go order pickups, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction. Requirements Training Offered! Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred, demonstrating strong guest relations skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately using POS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
