Responsibilities Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient order processing Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices at all times Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy café environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Experience using POS systems is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability Join us as we strive to create memorable dining experiences for our customers!
