Job Summary Fazoli's is seeking a friendly and dependable Food & Beverage Associate to support daily restaurant operations. This role helps create a positive guest experience by assisting with food preparation, order service, dining-area upkeep, and other front- and back-of-house tasks in a fast-paced Italian restaurant environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide courteous, efficient service. Take customer orders accurately and process payments when assigned. Prepare and package food and beverages according to company standards. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas. Check orders for accuracy before handing them to guests. Assist with dining-room, counter, and drive-thru service as needed. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures. Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies during shifts. Work closely with team members to keep service running smoothly. Respond professionally to guest questions and requests. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. Friendly attitude and strong communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
