This is a subcontractor, commission-only position. Active NH, MA, or ME real estate license required. About the Job As a Team Member, you will be assigned a steady flow of Zillow Realtor.com leads, sign calls and referrals provided by your team leader who is an experienced and successful agent who will help you fast-track your growth. You will participate in exclusive lead follow-up training covering all lead distribution platform best practices to maximize lead conversion. You will also have access to our comprehensive weekly REV UP! training program, which is custom designed to both bring new licensees up to speed, and to help experienced agents take their career to the next level.
