Entry-Level Quality Assurance (QA)

Full-time, Day Shift About Us:

Join our team in a fast-paced CNC machine shop environment! We are seeking a motivated individual to support our Quality Assurance (QA) team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone detail-oriented and eager to learn in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts. Use measurement tools, including calipers and micrometers. Record and document inspection results with accuracy. Communicate quality issues to the QA team and supervisors promptly. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

Operate CMM What We're Looking For:

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills :

Strong attention to detail and basic math proficiency.

Mindset :

Willingness to learn and develop new skills in quality assurance.

Team Player :

Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions. Preferred (but not required): Experience in a manufacturing or CNC environment. Familiarity with basic inspection tools and techniques.
