We are seeking Assemblers to join our dedicated team. No prior experience? No worries! We are pleased to offer an engaging assembly training program where you will learn how to assemble copper and fiber cables. You will progress through five levels of hands-on training, with opportunities for increased compensation as you advance. If you are interested in joining our Quality Control department, management team, or advancing to the position of Master Assembler, please note that all employees begin their journey with us as assemblers.

Full-Time Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Build cables!
• Identify wires
• Inspect parts
• Cut and solder wires
• Measure and adjust
• Read and interpret assembly instructions
• Position and align components
• Use small hand tools to assemble parts
• Review cable assembly diagrams
• Attend training sessions

Qualifications and Skills:

Cable assemblers need manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and steady hand-eye coordination. They also need to be able to follow instructions.

• Able to work on-site five days a week.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to sit for extended periods with regularly scheduled breaks.
• Good eyesight (corrective accepted).
• No limitations of arm movement.
