Position Summary Are you energetic, friendly, and obsessed with great customer service? Francy's is looking for Ice Cream Scoopers to be the face of our shop! In this role, you will interact directly with our guests, scoop our premium artisanal flavors, and work alongside the General Manager and team to maintain a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities The Perfect Guest Experience:

Welcome customers with a warm smile, answer questions about our artisanal flavor profiles, offer samples, and provide enthusiastic, top-tier service.

Artisanal Scooping:

Expertly scoop, weigh, and serve ice cream, and milkshakes in accordance with Francy's portion and presentation standards. Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently handle cash and card transactions using our register system with accuracy and care.

Shop Upkeep:

Keep the front of the store, seating areas, and service counters sparkling clean and tidy at all times. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Stocking & Inventory:

Keep an eye on the display cases and toppings bar, ensuring sufficient stock is rotated and refilled for smooth daily operations.

Teamwork:

Collaborate closely with management and fellow team members to ensure the shop runs smoothly, especially during high-volume, fast-paced rushes.

Requirements & Qualifications Personality:

Naturally reliable, friendly, positive, and genuinely passionate about hospitality and service.

Speed & Stamina:

Enjoy challenges and able to thrive and stay calm in a fast-paced environment. (Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive scooping motions).

Autonomy:

Proactive and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision once trained.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members.

Availability:

Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings (our peak ice cream hours!).

Experience:
