Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve food and beverages quickly and accurately according to Sonic's standards Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the drive-in stalls, drive-thru, or front counter Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment including kitchen and dining areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control guidelines (Crew Leader) Supervise and motivate crew members during shifts to ensure smooth operations (Crew Leader) Assist with opening/closing duties, inventory, and team training

Requirements:

No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided for Crew Members Previous fast food, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred for Crew Leader role Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
