Job Description

Expediter -
Ice Cream House Job Summary:
We're looking for a fast, friendly Expediter to be the final quality check between our kitchen and customers. You'll keep orders flowing smoothly, make sure every scoop looks perfect, and help the team deliver sweet experiences during busy rushes.
Key Responsibilities:
Check each order for accuracy: flavors, toppings, sizes, and special requests Organize tickets and call out orders to servers or customers Coordinate timing between ice cream makers, topping station, and front counter Maintain a clean, stocked expo station: cups, spoons, napkins, toppings Step in to help pack takeout, run orders, or support the team when it gets busy Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house to prevent backups
What You Bring:
High energy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay calm and organized during peak hours and summer rushes Weekend/evening availability a plus No experience needed — we'll train you. Must love ice cream
Pay & Perks:
Starting pay: $17/hr Raise to $19/hr after 2-3 months with good progress Flexible shifts, employee discounts, and unlimited quality-control taste tests
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
