As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, operating cash registers, and assisting customers with their needs. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining areas and kitchen equipment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately. Experience in the food industry is preferred, including knowledge of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Understanding of food safety practices to maintain high standards of hygiene. Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated when needed.
