What You'll Do Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner as an Entry Level Verizon Team Member. Build rapport through genuine conversations and ask questions to understand customer needs. The Entry Level Verizon Team Member will introduce Verizon Wireless products and services while clearly explaining available solutions. Highlight key features, benefits, and options to help customers compare solutions confidently. Answer customer questions accurately and provide helpful guidance throughout the decision-making process. The Entry Level Verizon Team Member will maintain accurate customer information while following company policies, campaign procedures, and quality standards. Collaborate with entry level teammates to support customer engagement and work toward individual and team goals. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; college education is a plus. Strong communication and active listening skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
