Job Description
We're growing our team and looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and takes pride in creating a great customer experience. As an Event Team Member, you'll represent our company at scheduled community and promotional events, welcome customers, answer questions, provide information about our services, and help qualified individuals through the enrollment process. You'll never be expected to know everything on day one—we provide hands-on training and ongoing support so you can build confidence while developing valuable communication and customer service skills. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a team environment, and wants an opportunity where every day brings something different. What You'll Do Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner. Answer questions and provide accurate information about available services. Assist qualified customers through the enrollment process. Work alongside experienced team members at scheduled events. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company professionally. Help create an enjoyable experience for every customer interaction. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly and approachable. Reliable and dependable. Comfortable speaking with new people. Professional in both appearance and communication. A strong team player with a positive attitude. Customer-focused and solution-oriented. Qualifications Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Basic communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
