Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Team Member and become the welcoming face of our dynamic food service environment! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, sales, and customer service within a fast-paced, fun environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt service Operate POS systems such as Toast for retail sales transactions and cash register operations Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining cash handling procedures Support food preparation tasks when needed, including assembling orders and managing food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols, including proper food handling and kitchen equipment operation Manage customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure overall satisfaction during their visit Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly desirable Previous experience as a Barista is highly desirable but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is preferred Strong food service customer order management skills with attention to detail Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or grocery store operations is a plus Proven customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Food preparation or culinary experience is beneficial but not required Join us and be part of a team that values energy, dedication, and a passion for delivering outstanding service!
