New Milford, NJ, West Caldwell, NJ & Nutley, NJ Job Overview Glaze Donuts is looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused team member to join our store as a Glazer / Crew Member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate, friendly, and outgoing , and who takes pride in creating a positive experience for every customer. You will be the face of Glaze Donuts—greeting customers, taking orders, serving donuts and beverages, and ensuring every guest has a positive experience. We are a fast-paced environment and value team members who are dependable, positive, and ready to work. Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Shifts typically between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Hours may vary based on schedule and business needs Weekend and occasional holiday availability required Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take orders and process transactions using POS system (TOAST) Serve donuts, coffee, and other beverages according to company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store environment Follow daily checklists and store procedures Restock products and supplies throughout the shift Answer customer questions about menu items Assist team members to ensure smooth daily operations Open the store when scheduled (as early as 6:00 AM) Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and responsible Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and attention to detail Basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to follow procedures and complete checklists Previous experience in food service, retail, or coffee is a plus, but not required Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and flexible shifts Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to work in-person at assigned location Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Glaze Donuts?
