PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 to apply. Out of High School Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift in the restaurant. Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash. Constant face-to-face interactions with team members and guests. Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work three-to-eight-hour shifts (this may vary). Expect some early mornings and/or holiday hours and potential additional responsibilities. Demonstrate Tropical Smoothie Cafe's core values in all interactions. Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift. Work in a fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment with no fryers!
