Full Job Description Our Front-Of-House Team Members are not limited to one role. They become what we call jack of all trades. They welcome & greet guests. They take both in-person and over the phone orders. They are preparing orders for pick up, serving the dine-in customers, bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining hall, while observing health and sanitation guidelines. They are enthusiastic, friendly, well mannered, conduct themselves in a positive attitude and have a truthful character. This job provides an opportunity to gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving amazing products in a friendly and fun environment. Above all, they create great experiences and make sure every guest leaves with a smile! Upon hire, candidates will undergo necessary training. We are looking for both full-time and part-time team members. Team members must be available on a variety of weekdays and on the weekend. REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date Have excellent verbal communication skills Be able to read, write and have basic math skills Be able to handle cash Work well under pressure Multi-task and work quickly with accuracy Professional, reliable, and consistent Create and Maintain Eye Contact Able to work in a noisy and high paced environment Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low Be able to make both hot and cold beverages Motivated and a proven hard worker Focused, dedicated, and detail-oriented Willing to work as part of a team and jump in where needed Passionate with a heart for service Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently Ability to participate operationally in day to day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant. Must be able to follow appearance and uniform requirements. Must be able and willing to stand, walk, and work on their feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend and lift loads up to 50 pounds. Also, must be able to bend down to grasp objects, bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders, and squat. Must be able to push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds. Must be able to manage environmental exposure to varying temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.).
