This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, hotels, concierge services, or customer service who is passionate about creating memorable experiences in an elegant retail environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Create a refined and inviting atmosphere by offering refreshments and personalized attention. Ensure a seamless and welcoming client experience throughout each visit. Maintain the impeccable appearance of the showroom, hospitality areas, and client lounges throughout the day. Assist with luxury gift presentation, packaging, and special client requests. Support the sales team with operational tasks. Answer telephone inquiries professionally and direct calls appropriately. Assist during exclusive client events and designer trunk shows. Build rapport with returning clients by recognizing preferences and providing a personalized experience. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, hotels, restaurants, country clubs, spas, or luxury retail preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Naturally warm, polished, and detail-oriented. Ability to remain poised in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Professional appearance and impeccable personal presentation. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Availability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings for special events.
