  • $18 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication Teamwork Interpersonal skills Attention to detail Patient interaction Aseptic technique Full Job Description We are a busy Ambulatory Surgical Center seeking an experienced Healthcare Ancillary/Custodial applicant to join the team.
We prefer that the Healthcare Ancillary/Custodial applicant have Ambulatory Surgery Center experience however, we are willing to train the right candidates. Daily custodial duties vary, and often contain evaluation, preparation, and implementation of procedures at the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Duties & Responsibilities include: Ancillary staff member with help anesthesiologist Ancillary staff member will clean rooms between cases Ancillary staff member will transport patients to and from the OR Ancillary staff member will stock the OR with equipment Ancillary staff member should maintain clean floors and stock refrigerators Ancillary staff member will clean beds Ancillary staff member will make beds between cases Ancillary staff member will transport patients from lobby to pre-op area Ancillary staff member will wipe all equipment down
Qualifications:
Full Time Position Aware of HIPAA laws General knowledge of medical documents General knowledge of sterile technique
Desired Skills and Experience:
2-3+ years of related experience in the medical field Strong positive interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to function in a fast paced out-patient environment
