Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Salad Maker & Deep Fryer Cook to join our team. Giacomo's Brick Oven Pizza & Trattoria is a new Italian restaurant in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. Previous experience required. Prepare a variety of salads using established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, blenders, and refrigeration units Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad station and surrounding areas in compliance with safety standards Support food preparation activities such as chopping, slicing using proper knife skills, and ingredient portioning Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal assembly and ensure timely service Follow food handling procedures diligently to uphold food safety management standards during all stages of meal prep 555 Shrewsbury Avenue, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702
