Verizon Team Member Responsibilities:

Meet customers directly, charm them with your personality, and showcase Verizon solutions like the pro you are. Sell and upsell telecom services with confidence—because who doesn't love faster internet and better deals? Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming their go-to person for all things Verizon. Track account performance like a detective, spotting opportunities and ensuring customers are always satisfied. Collaborate with sales teams to maximize results—think of it as teamwork with a side of friendly competition. Resolve customer concerns quickly, turning "uh-oh" moments into "wow, that was easy." Identify growth opportunities within accounts, because upselling is basically leveling up in the sales game. Represent Verizon as a Verizon Team Member with professionalism, energy, and just enough wit to keep things fun.

Verizon Team Member Qualifications:

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Customer-first mindset with a knack for problem-solving. Prior Verizon Team Member Experience is a plus/ Ability to work independently and hit performance goals. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
