This role involves greeting customers, taking orders, assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining dining areas, and working closely with the restaurant team. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service. Assist customers with menu questions, food selections, and general restaurant inquiries. Take customer orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen and service team. Assist with serving food and beverages and ensure orders are delivered promptly. Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer payments accurately. Monitor dining areas and respond promptly to guest needs. Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining, counter, and service areas. Restock utensils, napkins, cups, beverages, packaging, and other front-of-house supplies. Assist team members during busy service periods to maintain efficient operations. Communicate customer concerns, special requests, and service issues to supervisors. Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures. Help maintain accurate order presentation and consistent service standards. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties. Handle restaurant equipment, supplies, and customer property carefully and professionally. Support coworkers with other front-of-house and restaurant responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and order accuracy. Willingness to learn restaurant procedures and customer service standards. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety practices. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
