Job Summary The Kosmos Restaurant is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Restaurant Inventory Associate to support inventory management, stock control, and daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate inventory records, monitor supplies, and ensure essential ingredients and materials are available when needed. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize food, beverage, and restaurant supplies Track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies Monitor expiration dates and rotate products using proper storage practices Communicate low-stock items and replenishment needs to management Organize storage areas to maintain cleanliness and efficient access Assist with ordering and receiving supplies as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and inventory control procedures Qualifications Previous restaurant, inventory, warehouse, or stock control experience preferred Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Good attention to detail and accuracy Basic knowledge of inventory management practices Ability to lift and move supplies as required Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently About the Company The Kosmos Restaurant is a food service establishment focused on providing quality dining experiences through consistent food preparation and attentive service.
