Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and maintaining rental inventory Loading/unloading equipment with team members and customers Setting up tents and event equipment (training provided) Communicating with customers and coworkers General warehouse and janitorial duties (indoor & outdoor)

Working Conditions:

Standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods Indoor warehouse (not always climate controlled) + outdoor work Weekend and early morning shifts required Exposure to propane, gasoline, and cleaning materials Frequent interaction with team and customers Opportunity to advance to with pay raise within 6 months-1 year. Please note there is a 90-day probationary period.

Requirements:

Ability to lift 70 lbs and maintain full range of motion Reliable, positive attitude, even in high-stress situations Clear verbal communication, ability to write legibly (additional languages a plus) Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills Professional appearance
