Job Summary Moes currently has immediate opening for Pot-washers, Crew and general staff. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Base pay is 16.00 + Tips. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently preparing and serving food in a fast-paced setting. Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare food items quickly and safely following established food handling and sanitation standards Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, kitchen stations, and equipment through regular bussing and sanitation practices Assist in food preparation tasks including assembling orders, packaging, and ensuring quality standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards Experience Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in food handling, cashiering, or retail math helps ensure accuracy in transactions and inventory management Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently under pressure Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory counts Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and kitchen safety practices is a plus Prior restaurant or café experience can provide a solid foundation for success in this fast-paced role Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering top-notch service while gaining valuable experience in the food industry!
