We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, service oriented individuals to join our team as a part of our front of house staff. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences, demonstrating professionalism, attentiveness, and an in-depth knowledge of our menu and service standards.

Responsibilities:

~Greet guests warmly, creating a welcoming and upscale atmosphere. ~Provide knowledgeable recommendations for menu items and beverages. ~Accurately take orders and ensure timely and precise delivery of food and drinks. ~Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring their satisfaction through the dining experience. ~Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable dining area and workstation. ~Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service. ~Process payments and handle cash/ credit transactions accurately. ~Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Stay informed about daily specials, seasonal offerings, and restaurant events. ~Complete all side works tasks(Cupping sauces, sweeping floor, wiping tables, wiping windows, keeping all surfaces clean and presentable, stocking beverage areas, stocking servers station supplies).

Qualifications:

~ Previous experience as a server in a casual restaurant is preferred. ~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ~ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ~Ability to follow standard protocols and procedures. ~Must be enthusiastic and work well with the public. ~ A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality. ~ Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up minimum of 25 lbs. ~Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. ~Must be willing to be filmed for marketing purposes.
