We're a fast-growing fast-casual restaurant serving premium American favorites including smash burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, loaded fries, specialty shakes, and more. Our front-of-house team is the first impression guests have of our restaurant, so we're looking for people who bring positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with a positive attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Recommend menu items and specials Prepare drinks, shakes, and desserts Package takeout and delivery orders Keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting Restock front-of-house supplies Work as part of a fast-paced team Help create an outstanding guest experience from start to finish What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Friendly and personable Reliable and punctual Team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive under pressure Detail-oriented Willing to learn Great communicators Passionate about customer service Hospitality experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter even more. Preferred Qualifications Restaurant, café, or customer service experience Cash handling and POS experience Ability to multitask during busy periods Strong communication skills Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Bonus Skills Food preparation experience Coffee or milkshake experience Social media/content creation Bilingual (English/Spanish) Leadership experience with the potential to grow into a shift lead position Why Work With Us?
