Better Burger is looking for a personable, reliable, and organized Front of House Crew Member to join our dinner team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests and takes pride in providing friendly, knowledgeable service. You'll be expected to thoroughly learn our menu so you can confidently guide guests through their options, answer questions, make recommendations, and help them decide what to order. Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist guests in a friendly and personable way Thoroughly learn and understand the menu Answer menu questions and offer helpful recommendations Take and organize guest orders accurately Expo orders and ensure they are complete and presented correctly Bag and organize takeout and online orders Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment Complete cleaning and side-work responsibilities throughout the shift Communicate respectfully and work cooperatively with the rest of the team We take cleanliness seriously and are looking for people who understand that keeping a restaurant clean takes consistent effort from the entire team, not just at closing time. Reliability, respectful communication, and teamwork are extremely important. We are looking for someone the team can depend on to show up on time, communicate when needed, and contribute to a positive work environment. Schedule Part-time dinner shifts starting after 3:15 PM, 4-5 days per week. We are closed every Wednesday. Compensation $16/hour + tips. Tips currently average approximately $2/hour, bringing typical earnings to around $18/hour.
