Job Description We are seeking a motivated Barista / Sandwich Artist to prepare coffee beverages, assemble sandwiches, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, coffee beverages, and other café offerings Learn and confidently explain menu items to customers Prepare sandwiches and light food items to order Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience Operate the POS system and handle transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous café, food service, restaurant, or barista experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Schedule Full-time and Part-time positions available Weekend availability preferred Flexible scheduling Why Join Bella's Bake Shop?
