In this role, you will prep ingredients, cook menu items, assemble orders, and keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Schedule Requirements Availability:

Must have open availability Monday through Saturday.

Shift:

Closing shifts (end-of-night cleanup and kitchen reset). Key Responsibilities Prep and chop ingredients following our recipes and standards. Assemble customer orders quickly and accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift. Wash dishes, prep tools, and kitchen equipment by hand as part of daily closing duties. Safely operate basic kitchen tools and equipment, including knives. Keep track of ingredient levels and let management know when supplies are low. Follow all health code and food safety regulations. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience working in a restaurant or commercial kitchen required. Strong basic knife skills and food prep abilities. Ability to stay focused and move fast during busy meal rushes. Good communication skills and a team-first attitude. Solid understanding of basic food safety and sanitation.
