WE'RE HIRING!

Nice Biscuit is looking for a full-time team member Are you vegan? Do you love biscuits? Are you the kind of person who gets genuinely excited about making a great cup of coffee and making someone's day a little better? Then we might be looking for you. Nice Biscuit is a 100% vegan bakery and café specializing in Southern-style buttermilk biscuits, ridiculously good biscuit sandwiches, fresh-baked homemade sweets, and delicious coffee. We're looking for a dedicated, hardworking, hospitality-loving human to join our team full-time.

WHO YOU ARE

Vegan — and genuinely excited about vegan food ❤ You love hospitality and actually enjoy taking care of people You have barista experience and know your way around an espresso machine You love restaurants, cafés, food, and the beautiful chaos of the restaurant industry You're hardworking, dependable, and show up ready to work You can keep your cool when the line is out the door and the coffee orders are flying You're friendly, positive, and know how to make guests feel welcome You're a team player who communicates well and helps wherever needed You understand that keeping things clean is everyone's job You care about the little things and take pride in doing things well

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Make great coffee and espresso drinks Prepare and assemble our biscuit sandwiches and other menu items Serve our fresh-baked sweets and bakery goodies ❤ Take care of our guests and create a genuinely great experience Take orders and work the POS Keep the café clean, organized, and looking good Help with opening and closing Work together with the team to keep things moving during busy service Help us create the kind of place people want to come back to again and again

Barista and/or restaurant experience required
