Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change and totals Support food handling procedures by following proper sanitation protocols during food prep, serving, and bussing tables Assist with food delivery to customers or table service in a quick service environment while managing multiple tasks seamlessly Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail math is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work effectively during busy hours Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous; retail or grocery store experience also valuable Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering quick-service excellence!
