— Food & Beverage Team Seasonal Outdoor Event | Yorktown Heights, NY (Westchester County) A large seasonal event is coming to the Yorktown Heights area this fall/winter, and we're building our Food & Beverage team from the ground up. This is a high-volume outdoor evening event with a steady flow of guests moving through our food, drink, and concessions areas all night. We're not able to share more details about the event until you're hired — but you'll be part of a sizable, fast-moving operation from day one. If you love fast-paced, high-volume hospitality work and want steady seasonal pay, we want to meet you. Positions Available (all local, in-person — Yorktown Heights, NY) We're filling 35+ positions across the roles below.

Concessions Attendants:

Pour, serve, and move fast at high-volume bar and concession stands. Cash/card handling, guest service, and keeping the line moving are the job. Concessions, stadium, or festival experience preferred but not necessary. minimum wage + tips — most bartenders take home well above minimum wage on busy nights. Food Runners /

Barbacks:

Keep the bars and concession stands stocked, bussed, and running — restocking product, ice, and supplies, and moving food from our kitchen out to guests during peak rushes.

Pay:

tipped minimum wage + a share of tip-out.

Grill Cook:

Runs the grill station in our kitchen. Line cook or grill experience preferred.

Pay:

hourly, market rate.

Fry Cook:

Runs the fryer station — high-volume, fast-paced.

Pay:

hourly, market rate. Kitchen Support / Expo Portioning, packaging, quality control, and keeping the kitchen running. Great entry point into a kitchen role.

Pay:

hourly, market rate. Utility /

General Support:

Trash, cleaning, restocking, guest-area upkeep, and general support wherever the operation needs an extra set of hands. Great entry point role, no experience required.

Pay:
