On days without a delivery they will also be waiting on customers, stocking cases, and keeping a clean working environment. Hours are flexible, no nights and always have a two day weekend (Sunday and Monday). Must be team oriented and work well with others.

Essential Duties:

Scale fish, repack in ice, and keep scaling area clean Wait on customers at fish counters Ensure prompt service and high level of customer satisfaction Weigh, label, package and make products ready for check out Prep seafood, stock and organize displays and fish cases Clean the work areas and maintain tools and equipment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Physical ability to lift heavy products and work in a standing position for long hours Ability to understand and follow instructions and regulations regarding food safety and sanitation Excellent communication skills and customer centered approach Basic math and computation skills
