As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy working collaboratively with others. Your responsibilities will encompass food preparation, customer service, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Sanitate work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain health and safety regulations. Engage with customers by providing friendly service and upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed in the café or kitchen area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure quality control. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
