Morning (Preferred) Mid-Day (Preferred) Evening Qualifications You must be willing and able to: Display a positive attitude, as well as the ability to get along with others. Travel to other Wendy's locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed. Be willing to talk to customers, Smile, and serve great food in a timely manner. The ability to accept direction, and be a great listener Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc. Wear a headset, operate other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
