Production Line Associate - 2nd shift Openings - Contract to Hire!!

Pay Rate:

UP TO $20 based on experience! As a Production Line Worker, you'll be responsible for rotating between active production lines and support work such as shutdowns, cleaning, and changeovers when lines are down. The job is repetitive and physically demanding but offers stability and room for growth.

Daily Duties:

Fill, weigh, and stack 50 lb bags of product Work on rotating production lines Assist with shutdowns and equipment cleaning during downtime Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE (bunny suits provided) ️ Work Environment Exposure to powder and calc; ventilation and PPE are provided You must change clothes and shower on-site at the end of every shift (paid time) to avoid irritation Bring a change of clothes on Day 1 and every day after Job Requirements Steel-toe boots are mandatory - no exceptions (will verify before Day 1) Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for full shifts Must attend a 1-hour orientation before starting - your recruiter will provide details ✅ Ideal Candidate We are only looking for individuals who are: Eager, dependable, and physically capable Able to communicate clearly and follow instructions Fully aware of and accepting of the work environment and expectations Ready to Start Apply now if you're serious about physical work, eager to grow within a company, and understand the requirements.
