Packers/Preppers:
We need someone to prep, sort, and pack all of the food needed for each event. Pizza makers - we have two positions for this role; Stretcher and Topper. Roles will be used interchangeably. Driver/Oven tender - In this position, the employee will pack the van with everything needed for the event, drive the van and trailer to the event, set up and tend the wood-fired oven during the event, and return everything to our restaurant hub. Team Leads - This is a management role while the team is at an event. The team lead instructs the team, coordinates with the contact person at the event, sets up the buffet table for private events, handles customers and cash during public events, and more. Duties (not all employees will need to fulfill every duty) Prepare, serve, and present a variety of food at different mobile catering locations with precision and professionalism Set up catering stations, ensuring all equipment and supplies are organized for efficient service Engage warmly with guests, providing excellent guest relations and addressing their needs promptly Manage food handling responsibilities according to safety standards, including proper storage, sanitation, and portioning Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment transactions accurately Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling dishes, garnishing plates, and maintaining cleanliness in food areas Buss tables and clear service areas efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting environment during events Skills Extensive experience in the food industry with a strong background in food service roles Proven guest services skills with the ability to foster positive guest relations in diverse settings Experience in banquet or catering environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for accurate portioning, pricing, and inventory management Skilled in using POS systems for seamless order processing; previous fine dining or hospitality experience is a plus Strong communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude; capable of working efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Embark on an energetic career that combines culinary expertise with mobility!
