Being a team player assist and support in all areas of restaurant when needed Makes dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries. Ensures sandwich display is presentable for internal and external customers Completes various reports for records such as; production, usage and waste Order product and materials, as necessary Maintains daily par levels and restocks station orders set up orders Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items Informs supervisor when equipment is not working properly and when food supplies are getting low. Bi-monthly and monthly inventory assessment. Clean and sanitizes refrigerator, freezer and storage; work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils and dishes. Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner.
