Job Summary We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill multiple positions across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) roles. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience Maintain strict sanitation procedures to uphold cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all food handling meets safety regulations and quality standards Assist in food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation in the BOH as needed Ensure proper food safety practices are adhered to during all stages of food handling and storage Support team members with cleaning duties, including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours Communicate effectively with team members and management to address guest needs promptly Experience Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety regulations is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and responsibilities Join our energetic team where your skills contribute directly to creating memorable experiences for our guests!
