Zoup Eatery - Mentor, Ohio Position Summary Zoup Eatery is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. Crew Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and safe restaurant, and working together as a team to ensure a positive guest experience. No restaurant experience is required. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service. Take customer orders accurately and process cash, credit card, and other payments. Prepare soups, salads, sandwiches, beverages, and other menu items according to Zoup standards. Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures. Maintain clean and organized work areas, dining areas, counters, equipment, and restrooms. Stock food, beverages, packaging, and other supplies as needed. Assist with opening and closing duties. Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper portion sizes. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and customer service. Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers. Follow all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager. Qualifications Positive attitude and friendly personality. Dependable and punctual. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to learn food preparation and restaurant procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required. Must be able to follow food safety and sanitation requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift and carry food, supplies, and equipment weighing up to approximately 25-30 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to work around kitchen equipment, hot food, and cleaning products while following safety procedures.
