Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Provide expert beverage service, including cocktail mixing, wine recommendations, spirits knowledge, and drink presentation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card payments accurately while handling cash transactions with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all front-of-house areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food handling and serving duties to support kitchen staff during busy periods while adhering to food safety guidelines Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles with a focus on guest relations Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving, cashiering, and guest interactions Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join us as a Front of House Team Member and be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences.
