Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Deli Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, able to follow directions well, and committed to providing excellent customer service. This position involves preparing and serving deli products, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting customers with a positive attitude. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Prepare, package, and serve deli products according to company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area Stock and rotate inventory as needed Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently as part of a team Complete additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to take direction and follow established procedures Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous deli, food service, or retail experience is preferred but not required Compensation Pay is based on experience and qualifications Probationary Period All new hires will complete a two-week probationary period Performance, attendance, reliability, and overall job fit will be evaluated during this time Continued employment will be determined based on successful completion of the probationary period How to Apply Interested candidates should submit an application and/or resume for consideration.
