Responsibilities Prepare and assemble bagel sandwiches, spreads, and breakfast items with care and consistency Make drip coffee and espresso drinks (don't worry, we'll train you) Greet customers with a smile and take orders using our POS system Keep the kitchen, prep areas, and dining space clean and organized Follow food safety practices to ensure a safe and high-quality experience for our guests Pitch in wherever needed: from prep work to dishes to helping a teammate during a rush Requirements A hard worker who shows up on time and ready to go Friendly, positive, and able to connect with customers and teammates Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable taking direction and learning new skills Calm under pressure A team player who's also able to work independently when needed Perks of Working With Us Flexible scheduling to fit school, life, or other commitments Discounted meals Growth opportunities Friendly, approachable culture where you'll feel like part of the family Workday done by 3pm so evenings are yours
