Hot PackPurpose:
Responsible for packaging hot food products according to quality and safety standards under close supervision.Key Duties:
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.Weigh and package products as specified.
Read and follow work instructions.
Verify date codes and product weights.
Ensure proper sealing and labeling.
Support team with order completion.
Maintain cleanliness of work area.
Report equipment issues and product non-conformities.
Take corrective actions when needed.
Adhere to allergen and food safety programs.
Stay in designated work areas and maintain a positive attitude.
Skills & Abilities:
Responsible and quick learner.Basic math and organizational skills.
Education & Experience:
Must be able to read and write.At least 1 year of experience (food industry preferred).
Physical Requirements:
Involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, and repetitive hand movements.Requires good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and physical stamina.
Work Environment:
