Duties Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards, utilizing kitchen equipment with skill and care Operate POS systems such as Qu to process customer orders accurately and swiftly Manage food service customer orders from takeout to dine-in, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and perform retail sales transactions with accuracy Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve customer experience through friendly suggestions Maintain a clean workspace by cleaning counters, utensils, equipment, and dining areas regularly in compliance with sanitation standards Support food safety management by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation practices Proficiency with POS systems and experience with cash handling is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing register operations Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively; culinary or café experience is advantageous Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment is preferred Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service while honing your skills in the vibrant world of food service!
