TOGO'S is the famous California sandwich shop known for big, fresh, made-to-order sandwiches. Our Beaverton, Oregon location has proudly been serving the community for more than 30 years on Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway, near Jesuit High School . We are primarily looking for team members with Monday through Friday availability , especially for lunch, afternoon, and evening closing shifts. Schedule We offer flexible part-time scheduling , with shifts available at various times between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Friday . These are individual part-time shifts within that time period — not full 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM workdays. We are especially looking for availability for: Lunch shifts Midday and afternoon shifts Evening/closing shifts A combination of weekday shifts based on your availability We understand that many applicants are balancing school, other activities, or other commitments, and we will work with team members to create schedules that work for both the employee and the restaurant. Pay & Perks $16.80 per hour + tips Tips are paid in addition to your hourly wage Free meal during your shift Flexible part-time scheduling Training provided No previous restaurant experience required Opportunities to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities Friendly, team-oriented work environment Locally owned and operated TOGO'S franchise What You'll Do As a TOGO'S Team Member, you'll help provide great food and customer service by: Making TOGO'S famous sandwiches, wraps, and salads Greeting customers and taking orders Working the register and handling customer transactions Preparing and stocking ingredients Keeping work areas and the restaurant clean and organized Working with the team during busy lunch periods Restocking and completing food-preparation tasks Helping with closing and cleaning duties when scheduled Job duties will be assigned in accordance with applicable federal and Oregon employment and youth-employment laws.
