Key Responsibilities Greet every guest enthusiastically with eye contact and a smile Take guest orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly Collect payment and handle transactions with care Deliver food and beverages, confirming order numbers and items with guests Prepare and serve shakes and beverages to guest specifications Educate guests about our plant-based menu, specials, and promotions Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency Support in-store promotions and new product rollouts Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary front-of-house environment Perform daily cleaning and restocking duties (tables, beverage stations, counters, etc.) Collaborate with BOH team members to ensure smooth, efficient service Qualifications Previous experience in Front of House, Cashier, Server, or Guest Service role preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for hospitality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be 18 years or older Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working around common allergens (soy, nuts, gluten, etc.) Benefits Competitive hourly pay + Tips Employee meal discounts Opportunities for training and career growth Positive, mission-driven, and team-oriented culture Ready to take your career to the next level?
