The Position We're looking for a dependable, motivated Painting Crew Lead to oversee daily painting operations, lead a small crew, and help maintain our high standards of quality. You'll be responsible for keeping projects organized, managing daily tasks, communicating with the team, and making sure every job is completed efficiently and professionally. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes initiative, and wants to develop their leadership skills while growing alongside a company. Responsibilities Lead and manage a small painting crew on residential and commercial projects. Organize daily tasks and keep projects running efficiently. Maintain high-quality painting standards and attention to detail. Prepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, caulking, masking, and priming. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Ensure proper jobsite preparation, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the owner, crew members, and clients. Monitor project progress and help keep jobs on schedule. Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicles are properly maintained. Hold yourself and your crew accountable for productivity and quality. Maintain a professional attitude and represent Dripless Painting positively. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others. Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility. Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Good communication and problem-solving skills. A willingness to learn, improve, and take on new challenges. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous painting experience is preferred. Previous crew leadership experience is a plus. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred. We're especially interested in people who are motivated to grow, develop discipline, and take ownership of their work.

What We Offer Competitive pay:

$25-$32 per hour, based on experience.

Your own company van for work-related transportation.

Paid fuel:

Gas covered for work-related driving.

Consistent schedule:

Full-time daytime work, approximately 8 hours per day.

Biweekly pay:

Get paid every two weeks.
