Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled barista and Sandwich Artist to be a part of our busy location at Happy Valley Station. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the customer experience from day one in a dynamic and exciting environment. Your primary focus will be crafting top-tier coffee beverages and the preparation of our signature fresh sandwiches and other cafe delights.Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and care
- Engage with customers, ensuring they feel welcomed in our space
- Preparation of our renowned sandwiches and other cafe offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to reflect the high standards of our new location
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable service experience.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate:
$18- $20 per hour, depending on experience, + Tips (Average $8
- 9$ per hour)
Tips:
Additional tips shared among staff, significantly increasing total compensation.Benefits:

- Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a specialty coffee setting
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a memorable experience in our new location
- Basic food preparation skills with a focus on quality and presentation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Must able to work weekends
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
